How does the ordering process work in the s.Oliver online shop?

You can easily find your way around our online shop. You can either use the search function at the top of the screen or look through our categories. When you select a main category, you'll be shown the subcategories it contains. How much is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 24 euros per order.

Is there an order limit?

No, in principle there's no limit for your order in the s.Oliver online shop. There are, however, different maximum amounts for new and existing customers.

Is it possible to change my order?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change orders that have already been placed. We are unable to change either the size or colour of a product, or the delivery address or payment method, and we are unable to remove an item. We don't charge delivery costs in the s.Oliver online shop. If you decide not to keep the order, send the goods back to us via the delivery service. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Is my order already on its way to me?

We'll send your shipping confirmation with online tracking as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Delivery should take 3-6 working days. You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been transferred to the Slovenian postal service.

Can I place orders via telephone as well?

Is it possible to reorder items that have already sold out?

Yes, it's always possible that a particular size and/or colour of an item that was out of stock will become available again later. Therefore, it pays to stop by the s.Oliver online shop again to check whether the item you wanted is available. If the item you want is unavailable in certain sizes, you can click on the sold-out size and register your e-mail address. We will then notify you if the item becomes available again within 30 days. Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to make a non-binding reservation for an item.

The cost of the item has been reduced since I placed my order

Please understand that prices can change. This is subject to special offers, trends and product availability. If a product that you have already purchased has been reduced in price we will not be able to reimburse you with the difference.

Why do I have to give my phone number and date of birth when I place an order?

Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible. Above all, this means the quick and easy processing of your order. We will only use your telephone number to clear up any questions that may come up regarding your order as quickly and simply as possible.

Selecting invoice to delivery address or billing address

Do you want to send your order as a gift to a different address without the invoice? When you select the delivery address during the ordering process, you can say if you want the invoice to be included in the package or if it should be sent separately to your billing address.
