When will my order be sent?

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you have placed your order.
We'll send your shipping confirmation per e-mail with online tracking as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Delivery should take 4-10 working days.

How long will it take until my order arrives?

Delivery should take 4-10 working days.
In a few exceptional cases when paying by credit card, it can occur that the specified delivery time is extended by a day. In such cases, the goods are first sent out following a positive credit card check from the relevant credit institute. This is for the security of our customers and to prevent credit card abuse.

What happens if I'm not there to receive the delivery?

If your delivery man doesn't find you at home, he'll leave a notification card. You have the option to collect your package within 14 days in the specified post office. After that, the package will be returned to s.Oliver.

What do I do if my package never arrives?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with online tracking as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. If your package hasn't arrived within the maximum 6 working days, despite confirmation of dispatch, please contact our Customer Service team

The items I received are not the right ones or are defective

If you receive an item with a defect, or an item which you didn't order, you will be reimbursed as soon as we have received the item in our warehouse and checked the condition of the clothing.
