If you want to redeem a discount voucher, you need to enter the code exactly as you received it from us, with no spaces.

Ideally, copy the voucher code and enter it in the "Redeem voucher" field in the shopping bag below the total amount. When you click the "Redeem voucher" button, the voucher will be checked and listed in the order overview.

Your discount voucher doesn't work?

Please pay attention to capitalisation and remember there should be no spaces.
Have you complied with all the discount conditions? You will always find the discount conditions in the small print marked with an asterisk in the newsletter or voucher flyer. In addition, only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. If you have any further questions, our Customer Service team will be happy to help you.
