How to keep your underwear in top form:
To enjoy your lingerie for as long as possible, it should ideally washed by hand or in the washing machine at temperatures of 30-40°C. Please refer to the care label. A laundry bag will protect the contents and stop any underwires from being damaged during the spin cycle. Ideally, you should dry your lingerie on a clothes horse. Never put it in the tumble dryer, on the radiator or in direct sunlight.
To help your underwear keep its vibrant colours for longer, soak it in a vinegar solution. The vinegar sets the colours and stops them from bleeding. Afterwards, rinse them out thoroughly and soak them in cold water with a little washing powder.
Lace loses its shape easily. For this reason, wash lace pieces carefully in lukewarm soapy water (a mild liquid detergent could work as well). Squeeze them gently, rather than wringing them out, and then leave them to dry on a towel.
